Jim has supported municipalities and public agencies at an executive management level for more than 35 years, mostly specializing in Public Works and Water Departments.
A few of his accomplishments include major projects in the City of Santa Ana like a new Corporation Yard, Police Administration and Detention Facility, and Annex into City Hall. Jim received the James Martin Award for Excellence and Service to the League of California Cities and the Public Words Profession and was chosen as Top Leader of the Year in 2004 by the Southern California Chapter of the American Public Works Association. He is most proud of contributing to the hiring of new thriving employees for Interwest within the last five years, as well as championing important company values such as creating a culture that includes trusting, supporting and respecting its employees.
Jim likes traveling and playing golf. When he’s not at work, he also enjoys learning about American history and reading presidential biographies.
